Dr. Burnside and her assistant Cora were excellent in extraction of my right back tooth and it's dislodged filling. Both of them made the very painful procedure less painful, with gentleness. The post procedure care instructions were very helpful. The staff is also friendly and were able to answer any questions I had.

Had to have 4 teeth extracted. Was very anxious going in but Dr. Byrnside seems very self assured and it really helped me hold it together. Her assistant Corra was wonderful and talked me through all my concerns and had a great attitude towards a guy that didn’t take care of his teeth. Highly recommend. Updated from 5 to 3 stars. All of the above is true but throughout the course of that day one of my extractions would not stop bleeding and I ended up fainting. Had to go to the hospital and have them give me a special gauze to close the wound. The dentist did not really take much of a look at me after the procedure was done and I can’t help but think that was a misstep. Also it doesn’t help knowing that they spent the most time on that particular tooth with the most intense and painful drilling. Basically the stars are for corra the assistant only. I feel like the dentist really messed up or at the very least did not take proper precautions. I rested all day with gauze and couldn’t stop bleeding. My mouth filled entirely with blood straight through the gauze all day long. When I called them they just said keep the gauze in longer per gauze which was impossible as my mouth was lit

I highly recommend Bayside Oral Surgery. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. I was well informed about the process the entire time and Dr. Byrnside and her assistant Corra were very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Going to the dentist can sometimes be frightening. That was not the experience here. I definitely recommend Bayside to take care of your dental needs.

I went in to have 2 wisdom teeth removed. I was extremely nervous after hearing horror stories from friends and coworkers. Dr. Byrnside and her assistant Corra were thoughtful, patient, and professional. They made sure I was comfortable and calm before starting. The procedure was quick and they were very informative about after care. A few days later I called back with concerns about the healing process and residual soreness. Tracey answered the phone and easily explained what I was feeling and why. Although, it’s not a procedure I ever want to have again, if I had to do it again I would definitely choose Bayside Oral Surgery. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff, amazing environment! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming! I had to get all of my wisdom teeth extracted including 3 additional teeth that were causing me issues due to my wisdom teeth. The staff made everything a breeze from setting up my initial appointment, providing the proper documentation for my job, listening to my concerns, executing the surgery to providing detailed after care instructions. My doctor was quick and I could tell she was very experienced. She finished the person before me quick! I had no complications and highly recommend this location. This is the best experience I've had at a dental office. Thank y'all from the receptionists with their humor, to the beautiful dental assistant I connected with who was able to keep me calm prior to the doctor coming in, All the way to the doctor who was calm and efficient!
